small scale business are normally privately
owned corporations, partnerships, or sole proprietorship. What
businesses are defined as "small" in terms of government support and
tax policy varies depending on the country and industry.
Now, with so
many Nigerians venturing into businesses with little start-up capital due to
the present state of the economy, it isn’t hard to figure out that small scale
businesses are facing a lot challenges. Some of the challenges include
certification, transportation, recognition etc. but very significant is cost of
advertising/marketing.
